Editorial and Tool Review Policy

How ToolBada manages tool descriptions, usage guidance, safety notices, and ad placement.

Tool page standards

Tool pages should explain purpose, input method, output review, related tools, and limitations.

Descriptions must match actual inputs and results. Repetitive search-only copy, examples unrelated to the feature, and unverified claims of freshness are not published.

Tool records and descriptions are maintained in a source catalog and rendered as static pages. Automated checks assist with missing pages, broken language links, required metadata, action elements, and known mismatches.

Sources and level of review

For changing tax, exchange-rate, and public-service information, ToolBada prefers government, public-body, standards-owner, and original-provider sources and displays a reference date where practical. Non-live examples must be labeled as sample data.

Generation and automated functional checks are not the same as review by a licensed professional. Unless a page explicitly names a separate reviewer and review basis, it should not be read as endorsed by a doctor, lawyer, tax professional, or investment professional.

Current official documents and the responsible authority take precedence for consequential decisions.

Sensitive-area notices

Health, finance, tax, legal, public information, security, and AI-photo tools display reference-only notices and encourage official verification.

Users are warned not to enter passwords, production tokens, medical records, or financial account data into public web tools.

Ad placement and independence

When ads are shown, they are separated from input fields, run buttons, copy buttons, download buttons, and result areas.

Ad labels are clear, and layouts are managed to avoid accidental clicks.

Advertisers, ad prices, and click likelihood do not influence formulas, outputs, search results, recommendation order, or editorial conclusions.

Review and corrections

New tools and material changes are checked against the input, action, result, mobile layout, and keyboard flow before publication.

Send corrections to [email protected] with the affected URL, expected and actual result, and an original source when available. Reports are reproduced and material user-facing changes are recorded on the updates page.
