Information processed
ToolBada does not require account registration for public tools. Many tool inputs are designed to be processed in the browser where possible.
Technical data such as access logs, browser type, device information, referrers, approximate region, and error information may be processed for security, operation, and quality improvement.
When a user explicitly runs an AI-assisted feature, submitted text, optional context, or an image is sent through a ToolBada Cloudflare Worker to Cloudflare Workers AI. The processing notice shown by each tool should be checked before submission because AI-assisted tools are not processed in the same way as browser-only tools.
Workers AI and D1 processing
Text and images sent to Workers AI are used to produce the requested AI response. ToolBada does not store AI prompt text or uploaded images in its D1 analytics database, although Cloudflare may process requests and technical information under its own terms and privacy policy to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
D1 may store the tool ID, language, event type such as view, run, share, or like, and daily or monthly aggregate counts. At the application level these aggregates do not include IP addresses, User-Agent strings, account identifiers, filenames, uploaded images, or raw tool inputs.
If a game leaderboard entry is submitted, its display label, score, duration, and season data may be stored for up to 180 days. Daily, monthly, and cumulative tool aggregates and the tool registry are retained in non-user-level aggregate form while needed for service operation and quality analysis, then deleted or reduced to smaller aggregates when no longer needed.

Processors and international processing
ToolBada uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, static delivery, Workers execution, D1 aggregates, and Workers AI. Cloudflare's processing information is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may act as a separate processor for ad delivery and measurement. Cloudflare and Google infrastructure may process information outside a user's country, subject to each provider's contractual safeguards and applicable law.
Advertising and cookies
The current deployment configuration does not enable ad requests. Ads are enabled only after AdSense approval, placement review, and publication of a certified CMP.
When advertising is enabled to support free tools, systems such as Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency capping, abuse prevention, and measurement.

Before ads are enabled, a Google-certified CMP is published for regions where consent is required. The Privacy and cookie settings link reopens the CMP when it is available and otherwise leads to the cookie policy without recording consent. Browser settings and Google ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com/) provide additional controls.

Contact records may be retained as needed for support, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
Privacy correction or deletion requests, ad and cookie questions, policy questions, and tool bug reports can be sent to the same email address and are reviewed by scope and urgency.
Access, deletion, objection, and withdrawal
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection for a contact record or leaderboard entry, email [email protected] with the affected URL, tool ID, display label, and request. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed to identify the record.
Advertising and cookie choices can be reopened or withdrawn through the Privacy and cookie settings link in the footer. Ads remain disabled when publication of the certified CMP has not been verified; browser storage can also be cleared in browser settings.
Information required for a legal obligation, security incident, or rights dispute may be retained until that purpose ends. Other information is deleted after its purpose is complete or retained only in aggregate form.
Security and limitations
ToolBada is a public web tool hub. Avoid entering passwords, production tokens, medical records, financial account data, contracts, or other highly sensitive information.
Important outputs should be checked against the original data and official rules.
